4 Day Retreat

PEEL BACK THE LAYERS, RECOGNIZE AS SOUL, and uncover the masterpiece that is you!

Step into a transformative journey that brings you closer to your Authentic self. This 4 day Journey into the Self retreat is designed to help you reconnect with your true essence, express and embrace the wholeness of who you truly are. We invite you to explore your inner world, break free from limiting beliefs, and embrace all parts of the self. One of the focus areas of this retreat is meeting and engaging with your inner child and bringing its essence in our daily life.

We'll engage in immersive and fun activities designed to ground, liberate, build, embrace, and express your authentic self. Rediscover the joy, innocence, and authenticity of your inner child as you embark on a path towards self awareness and empowerment. Instead of focusing on "outcomes" or reaching somewhere, we will delight in the sights and experiences of the journey itself like how we did as children.

We will use a combination of practices, tools, and techniques: varying from breathwork, yoga, sound healing, ritual theater, art therapy, rhythm & flow, and meditative time in the nature. If this piques your curiosity, read on!

Originally from Mumbai, Jayesh now lives in Goa with over a hundred instruments for company. He founded and runs the Goa Drum Circle, a community of hundreds of drummers from all around the world. He conducts basic Djembe workshops every Tuesday on the beach. His unwavering dedication to his art and the ability to create captivating rhythms truly makes him a trailblazer in the world of Darbuka music in India.

Jayesh intends to drum up the passion of participants of this retreat to rhythm, movment, and expression of these in a seamless time of flow.

Marissa Muzaca

Ritual Theater
(wildflow.living-oracle.com)

Marissa is a ceremonial guide, artist, playwright, dancer & embodiment coach. Her mission it to “inspire humanity back to ourselves” through movement and expression! She has been teaching freestyle movement since 2018 and Ritual Theater since 2021, claiming that she “cannot teach anyone to dance, because deep down we all know how to dance- some of us just have been told we can’t and have believed it.”

In that spirit, she is a facilitator of safe spaces to help people feel free and comfortable enough to express the true nature of who they are! This happens currently through dance and theater arts though she also teaches singing and visual art as well!

Ritual Theater is a ritualized approach to theater which focuses on us “becoming an open channel.” To do this, we are guided into the flow state through organic movement, vocal opening, meditation and theatrical games which we use to invite in any energy we would like more of in our lives- not acting, but becoming the characters, or energies, we are studying, such as Unconditional Love, Healing, and Abundance.
